Information you give us

Personal Information. When you fill in forms on our Website or correspond with us by phone, email, or otherwise, including when we ask you to participate in surveys or questionnaires to helps us improve the Services, or when purchase products from our Website or download our App, BleepBleeps may collect your name, email, address, credit card information, and telephone number when you access or purchase products using the Services. This information will be used and shared in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please be aware that any payment information provided by you will be stored, processed and secured by a PCI DSS compliant third party payment processor.

Information we collect about you

Traffic Data. We automatically gather your usage information that you make available by using the Services, including: (i) Internet Protocol (IP) addresses; (ii) browser information; (iii) operating system versions; (iv) time and date information; and (v) technical data and location information (collectively “Traffic Data”). Traffic Data is anonymous information that does not personally identify you.

Information we receive from other sources

Analytics. We use third-parties for analytics. These third-parties may use tracking mechanisms, gather Personal Information, gather IP addresses, location data, and log data to collect traffic and activity data in order to help BleepBleeps improve the Services. Information you give to us

We use the Personal Information you give to us to: (1) identify you and to carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us (including the Terms of Service and Terms of Sale and to provide you with the information, products and services that you request from us; (2) to provide you with information about other goods and services we offer that are similar to those that you have already purchased or enquired about; (3) to notify you about changes to the Services; (4) to ensure that content from the Services is presented in the most effective manner for you and for your computer or mobile device.

Any Personal Information provided to us in connection with any surveys or questionnaires will be used only in relation to that content, and will only be disclosed to third-parties in aggregated form.

Information we collect about you

We will use traffic data and analytics information to administer the Services for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes to help us better understand who is using the Services and how they are using it. We have implemented and maintain reasonable security procedures and practices to protect against the unauthorized access, use, modification, destruction or disclosure of your Personal Information. For security purposes we have implemented SSL certificates and PCI/DSS compliant hosting for our Website. However, as any information submitted is stored online, it can never be 100% secure. Therefore, we encourage you to use firewalls, anti-virus software, and other means to protect your Personal Information.


The personal information that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Economic Area (“EEA”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EEA who work for us or for one of our suppliers.  Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your money transfer, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services.
