In keeping with the much anticipated arrival of Suzy Snooze, the newest member of the BleepBleeps family, we're taking Suzy's lead and mellowing out. This week, we're delighted to bring you Five Minutes of CALM.

UK illustrator Emma Block's 'Yoga Ladies' are inspiring us to combat stressing with stretching! Bye bye tension. Hello inner calm. Now, s-t-r-e-t-c-h! (And look at this! Here are five bedtime yoga poses intended specifically to prepare your body and your mind for sleep. Zzzz...)

Summon calm amidst chaos with Rainy Mood. Download the app on your phone or press 'play' on your computer for a soothing rainfall soundtrack. Rainy Mood helps you focus, relax and sleep. Who knew the sound of a storm could be so therapeutic!

This piece of furniture is called The Feel Deluxe. Oh, how we long to lounge on The Feel Deluxe... Measuring approximately 2 metres x 2 metres and made from 120 smooshy, soft balls, The Feel Deluxe is designed to 'reflect the ever changing emotional state of the body'. Right now our bodies are telling us we need a nap!

Lately, colouring in has been reinvented as a great relaxation tool - for kids and for adults. That's why, when you share Suzy with your friends, we'll send you an exclusive poster to download and colour in. Designed by the talented gang at Anorak Magazine, your poster features Suzy Snooze and her BleepBleeps friends and will provide you with a nice 20 minutes of calm colouring in. A little reward from us to you to say thanks.

With origins in yoga and pilates, this simple breathing exercise is said to calm the mind and relax the muscles and can even help if you have trouble sleeping. Breathe in through your nose for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds then breathe out through your mouth for 8 seconds. How do you feel? Hello? Are you awake? Hello? Um, you can read more about the 4-7-8 method later...
