Phew! It's time again for your five minute breather. We all need a pick-me-up now and again so this week we're sharing a little bunch of cool stuff that oozes positivity. Take a seat and soak up Five Minutes of GOOD VIBES!

Now, if there's one thing that'll help turn a frown upside down, it's the super-cute story of Jon Hamm and a fuzzy blue hitch-hiker making their way across town together, top down, in Jon Hamm's convertible automobile then dancing to French musical duo Herman Dune in the woods! (It is that bonkers. And rather brilliant!).

You might not have artist David Shrigley down as much of a 'positive affirmations' kind of fella, but yet here he is - upping the good vibes while you dry your dishes via his collection of art tea towels!

This lady has good vibes now because she stopped to smell the flowers.

This lady knows that only good vibes can come of playing with the skipping rope.

This lady is feeling especially good vibes because she is throwing caution to the wind and skateboarding to work.

These illustrations by German artist Anna Baier give us good vibes just by looking at them.

Good vibes from the tips of your toes to the tips of your nose! Happy Socks know how to make a snazzy sock, that's for sure. Founded by designer Viktor Tell and his friend, advertising specialist Mikael Soderlindh, Happy Socks have turned an everyday essential into a super cheerful, colourful design item. Nice job!

Oh, A.A. Milne. How we love you! Of all the classic children's books on the BleepBleeps book shelf, this one is probably the tattiest. It's been well loved. For instant good vibes, read a little snippet from The House at Pooh Corner then take a leaf from Pooh's book and allow yourself a little something. Works every time!

“Pooh always liked a little something at eleven o'clock in the morning, and he was very glad to see Rabbit getting out the plates and mugs; and when Rabbit said, 'Honey or condensed milk with your bread?' he was so excited that he said, 'Both,' and then, so as not to seem greedy, he added, 'But don't bother about the bread, please.'”

BONUS: Good vibes on a 'Bad Hair Day' by Lim Heng Swee aka I Love Doodle

(A extra fun, happy little illustration - just for good measure!)

We'll see you next week for five more minutes of good stuff.
